Rules-based: Control which carriers can schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments; Control cutoff times after which schedules cannot be changed
Real-time and Touch-Free: Carriers are only offered times which are available at that moment, according to their permissions, product being picked up/delivered, equipment type and size, and other parameters.
