The Simple Solution to Carrier Validation
Electronic Records.
TransCore's CarrierWatch service is designed to reduce the effort and paperwork involved with carrier validation. We keep detailed and up-to-date records on more than 20,000 motor carriers in the U.S and Canada, and this number is growing every day.
Web-based Access.
CarrierWatch is an information service provided via the Internet and email. Subscribers receive a user-id and password that allows them to login to the TransCore Registry web site to access the data they need. Clients already using TransCore's freight matching service, can also access the registry through their software.
Monitoring and Notification.
CarrierWatch monitors the carriers you use regularly and keeps you informed of any changes to their information. TransCore is an insurance certificate holder for all of our registered carriers, and we inform you immediately if we receive notification of cancellation.
New Carriers on Demand.
CarrierWatch subscribers can request the addition of new carriers to the registry. If you would like us to "watch" a new carrier, just send us their name and MC number, and we will take care of the rest.
Unlimited Searching. We also provide a powerful search engine, that lets you look for carriers with experience hauling specific commodities, or that operate in certain traffic lanes.
