The TransCore Registry combines information from several different sources in a convenient and easily accessible package that allows users to research a carrier in just a few seconds. Users can search the registry by name or number to find a specific carrier, or they can use our powerful search engine to find carriers with a combination of coverage, equipment, and services.

There are six pages of information for each carrier.

The company page includes basic contact information and convenient links to the DOT licensing page and the FMSCA safety rating for that carrier.

The carrier profile page provides useful background information including fleet composition, commodities carried, services provided, and geographic coverage by lane and state.

The Insurance and Authority page contains a detailed account of the carrier’s insurance coverage (including cargo, general, auto, and worker’s comp), and displays their DOT authority status. Customers using the CarrierWatch service to monitor a specific carrier may also view and print the carrier’s Acord Certificate.

The Credit and Payment page includes credit and bond information for those carriers that have brokerage operations. We also provide convenient, one-click access to credit reports from Compunet and TransCredit.

The Safety page displays the carrier’s safety rating and FMSCA Safestat scores.

The Associations page displays associations and affiliations to which the carrier belongs.
